Mr. Rosenberg has been an active member of The Florida Bar since 1967. He has practiced in Orlando and Central Florida since January 1968, in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties. Mr. Rosenberg’s practice provides legal services to men and women, parents and partners, and couples with children. He focuses his practice on, and specializes in family law. These fields include the handling of dissolutions of marriage (divorce), modification, actions for enforcement and defending those actions, and paternity.

Experienced Trial Attorney
As part of his practice he routinely litigates matters related to custody and visitation issues especially in light of the recent significant developments in these areas of the law. He has also has significant complex litigation experience in matters related to property rights, equitable distribution, matters which are usually involved in these cases. These have included developing and providing expert testimony in matters relating to real estate, personal property and business valuations. Mr Rosenberg’s background in accounting has been helpful in presenting these important issues. Additionally, alimony and child support are areas in which he has had significant experience. Many cases remained contested between the parties, despite their best efforts to amicably resolve and settle those cases. If a trial is required, a hands-on and understanding approach is utilized by Mr. Rosenberg and his staff, armed with the experience of having tried literally hundreds of contested cases.
Experienced Mediator and Appellate Attorney
Mr. Rosenberg has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 1989, and he has been actively involved in mediation throughout that period of time. He has successfully prosecuted numerous appeals with the Florida Fourth and Fifth District Court of Appeal. The history of his practice has encompassed the many significant changes in family law that have occurred during his 42 years of active practice and bring a special understanding of the numerous and significant changes in family law. His understanding of those areas has served his clients well.
Mr. Rosenberg’s early background included extensive trial experience in most areas of law, as well as actively participating, as a partner in a general practice law firm for many years, prior to his focus on the areas of family law. Mr. Rosenberg is a life-long resident of Florida. His education includes a degree in accounting and economics, followed by a law degree from the University of Florida in 1967. He was thereafter admitted to The Florida Bar in November 1967.
